Order Tracking
You’ll receive tracking info via email within 1–2 business days of placing your order.
Please monitor your delivery and complete any customs forms if required. Orders marked “Return to Sender” due to non-response are not eligible for refund or reshipment.
Missing or Delayed?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days, we’ll ship a replacement immediately. Just reach out.
Marked Delivered But Not Received?
Once marked “delivered,” responsibility shifts to the carrier. Contact them first and file a local report if needed. Still stuck? Email us at support@tryastara.com.
Customs & Import Fees
Most of our orders bypass duties. If fees apply, they are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel within 1 hour of purchase. After that, orders begin processing and cannot be changed.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days at support@tryastara.com with photo proof. We’ll refund or replace immediately.
Returns
Retail-priced items can be returned for a full refund. Sale items are eligible for store credit. All items must be unused and in original packaging.
